截至公告日，北京地區(qū)175家資產(chǎn)評估機構(gòu)符合《資產(chǎn)評估機構(gòu)審批管理辦法》的設(shè)立條件，經(jīng)審批已具有資產(chǎn)評估資格，并持有新版資產(chǎn)評估資格證書。北京地區(qū)未更換新版資產(chǎn)評估資格證書的資產(chǎn)評估機構(gòu)、未辦理資產(chǎn)評估機構(gòu)分立手續(xù)的會計師事務(wù)所以及咨詢公司所持的資產(chǎn)評估資格已經(jīng)失效，我局依據(jù)財政部《關(guān)于做好資產(chǎn)評估機構(gòu)過渡期末有關(guān)工作的通知》(財企[2008]43號)規(guī)定一并撤回該資產(chǎn)評估資格。
自本公告發(fā)布之日起，被撤回資產(chǎn)評估資格的機構(gòu)，不得繼續(xù)執(zhí)行資產(chǎn)評估業(yè)務(wù)和出具資產(chǎn)評估報告，并于10日內(nèi)將其持有的《資產(chǎn)評估資格證書》交回我局。
